1 About our terms
1.1 These terms and conditions of use (these “Terms”) explain howyou may use this website and any of its content (the “Site”).These Terms apply between Autohome Inc. (“Autohome”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and you, theperson accessing or using the Site (“you” or “your”).
1.2 You should read these Terms carefully before using the Site. Byusing the Site or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to bebound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, youshould stop using the Site immediately.
1.3 These Terms apply to any parts of the Site, its functionality andcontent provided to you free of charge for information purposes only.

2.1 We are Autohome Inc. (trading as “Autohome” and “汽车之家”), a company registered in the Cayman Islands undercompany registration number WK-212934. Our registered office is at theoffices of Maples Corporate Services Limited at PO Box 309, UglandHouse, Grand Cayman, KY1-1104, Cayman Islands and we are headquarteredat 18th Floor Tower B, CEC Plaza, 3 Dan Ling Street, Haidian District,Beijing, China.
2.2 We are listed on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) underticker symbol “ATHM” and on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“HKEX”) under stock code “2518”.

3 Using the site
3.1 The Site is for your personal and non-commercial use only.
3.2 You agree that you are solely responsible for all costs and expensesyou may incur in relation to your use of the Site.
3.3 We make no promise, representation or guarantee that the Site isappropriate or available for use in locations outside of the UK. If youchoose to access the Site from locations outside the UK, you acknowledgeyou do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance withlocal laws where they apply.

3.5 As a condition of your use of the Site, you agree not to:
3.5.1 misuse or attack our Site by knowingly introducing viruses,trojans, worms, logic bombs or any other material which is malicious ortechnologically harmful (such as by way of a denial-of-service attack),or
3.5.2 attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Site, the server onwhich our Site is stored or any server, computer or database connectedto our Site.
3.6 We may prevent or suspend your access to the Site if you do notcomply with these Terms or any applicable law.
4 Your privacy and personal information
Your privacy and personal information are important to us. Unless otherwise specified or notified to you in writing, the Site does notcollect, store or process any personal data as defined under the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (UK) or personal information as defined by the Australia Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
5 Ownership, use and intellectual property rights
5.1 The intellectual property rights in the Site and in any text,images, video, audio or other multimedia content, software or otherinformation or material submitted to or accessible from the Site (“Content”) is either owned by us (“Autohome Content”) orlicenced from third parties (“Third Party Content”).
5.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise, we and our licensors reserve allour intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, allcopyright, trademarks, domain names, design rights, database rights,patents and all other intellectual property rights of any kind) whetherregistered or unregistered anywhere in the world. This means, for example, that we remain owners of the intellectual property rights and are free to use them as we see fit.
5.3 Nothing in these Terms grants you any legal rights in the Site orthe Content, and in particular, in any digital rights or other security technology embedded or contained within the Site or the Content, other than as necessary for you to access it. You agree not to adjust, try tocircumvent or delete any notices contained on the Site or the Content(including any intellectual property notices).
5.4 Trademarks: AUTOHOME 汽车之家 are our trademarks and the brandnames, logos, insignia and other identifying symbol are trade marks oftheir respective brand and manufacturer. Other trade marks and tradenames may also be used on the Site or in the Content. Use by you of anytrade marks on the Site or in the Content is strictly prohibited unlessyou have our prior written permission.
5.5 You are expressly prohibited from:
5.5.1 altering or modifying the Site Content, or removing any legalnotice associated with it;
5.5.2 using any automated process, software, or script to extract,scrape, crawl or collect data or content from this Site (“Site Content”) in any manner, including but not limited to the useof web crawlers, bots, or spiders;
5.5.3 aggregating, collecting, or compiling Site Content for commercialor non-commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, theuse of Site Content to create databases, directories, or otheraggregated content; and
5.5.4 using any artificial intelligence (“AI”) tools, machinelearning algorithms, or other automated technologies to analyse,process, or generate content based on or through the use of SiteContent. This includes, but is not limited to, using the Site Content to(i) train AI models (ii) for any form of automated content generationand (iii) as input to an AI system, as a prompt, request, question,instruction or similar. By accessing and using this Site, you agree tocomply with these restrictions. Any attempt to bypass these restrictionsmay result in legal action and/or termination of access to the Site.
6 Information on the site
6.1 While we try to make sure that the Site is secure, we do notactively monitor or check whether information supplied to us through theSite is confidential, commercially sensitive or valuable.
6.2 All information (including all Third Party Content) displayed ormade available on the Site, including advertisements, products andservices, vehicle data, valuations, originate from their respectivelicensors or come from publicly available sources (Information).The Information and Autohome Content (Material) is provided asgeneral information only. The Material is not professional, expert orother advice, and is not a substitute for such advice. The Material maynot be appropriate, correct, or sufficient for your circumstances, andshould not be relied on as a reason for why you do or do not dosomething.
6.3 To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant or endorse theaccuracy or completeness of, or the representations made in, theMaterial, or any other information received from using the Site(including via links to third party websites). You are responsible forassessing the accuracy of the Material and any Material that you rely on is at your own risk.
6.4 Unless expressly stated otherwise, and to the extent permitted bylaw, we do not provide any warranty in relation to any goods or servicesadvertised on the Site by third parties, including, but not limited to,any representation or warranty that the goods or services are ofmerchantable quality, fit or safe for the purpose intended, as describedby the seller or owned by the seller.
6.5 We do not guarantee that information supplied to us through the Sitewill be kept confidential and we may use it on an unrestricted andfree-of-charge basis as we reasonably see fit.
7 Accuracy of information and availability of the site
7.1 We try to make sure that the Site is accurate, up-to-date and freefrom bugs, but we cannot promise, and do not represent or guarantee thatit will be. Furthermore, we cannot promise and do not represent orguarantee that the Site will be fit or suitable for any purpose. Anyreliance that you may place on the information on the Site is at yourown risk.
7.2 We may suspend or terminate access or operation of the Site at anytime as we see fit.

We have no control over third party advertising or websites and accept no legal responsibility for any content, material or information contained in them. Your use of a third party site may be governed by the terms and conditions of that third-party site and is at your own risk.9 Our responsibility to you
9.1 To the full extent permitted by law, implied guarantees andwarranties in respect of any services provided by us are herebyexcluded. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict ormodify any right or remedy conferred on you by an applicable statutethat cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
9.2 We are not liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss(including loss of profits, revenue, or increase in operating costs oreconomic loss), any loss or damage that was not foreseeable, any loss ordamage not caused by our breach or negligence, or any business loss ordamage.
9.3 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for anydeath or personal injury caused by our negligence, liability for fraudor fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other right, remedy or liabilityconferred on you by an applicable statute that the law does not allow usto exclude, restrict, modify or limit.
9.4 This clause 9 will survive the expiry or termination of the Terms.
10 Events beyond our control
We are not liable to you if we fail to comply with these Terms because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.11 No third party rights
No one other than us or you has any right to enforce any of these Terms.12 Variation
12.1 No changes to these Terms are valid or have any effect unlessagreed by us in writing or made in accordance with this clause 12.
12.2 We reserve the right to vary these Terms from time to time. Ourupdated Terms will be displayed on the Site and by continuing to use andaccess the Site following such changes, you agree to be bound by anyvariation made by us. It is your responsibility to check these Termsfrom time to time to verify such variations.
13 Anti-slavery
13.1 As an organisation, are committed to preventing modern slavery andhuman trafficking occurring within our organisation and to tackling therisk of occurrence in our supply chain. This clause 13 sets out measureswe will take towards this and our expectations of our staff and thirdparties with whom we work.
13.2 Modern slavery is a complex and sophisticated crime and tackling itrequires all of us to play a part. At first glance, you may think thiswhole subject is irrelevant to us, but it’s not. There is no typicalvictim and some victims do not understand they have been exploited andare entitled to help and support.
13.3 The following key signs could indicate that someone may be a slavery or trafficking victim:
13.3.1 the person is not in possession of their own passport,identification or travel documents;
13.3.2 the person is acting as though they are being instructed orcoached by someone else;
13.3.3 they allow others to speak for them when spoken to directly;
13.3.4 they are dropped off at and collected from work;
13.3.5 the person is withdrawn or they appear frightened;
13.3.6 the person does not seem to be able to contact friends or familyfreely; and/or
13.3.7 the person has limited social interaction or contact with peopleoutside their immediate environment.
13.4 At a very basic level, of course preventing exploitation and humantrafficking, and protecting our workforce and reputation makes goodbusiness sense. More importantly, it is simply the right thing to do.
13.5 We at Autohome, our managers and colleagues have responsibilitiesto ensure our fellow workers are safeguarded, treated fairly and withdignity. Everyone working for us including contractors and consultantsmust observe this policy and be aware that turning a blind eye isunacceptable, and simply not an option. Through our strategy, vision andvalues we communicate our principles, which reflect our approach tomodern slavery in our organisation, and in our supply chain.
14 Complaints
14.1 We will try to resolve any disputes with you quickly andefficiently. If you are unhappy with us, please contact us as soon aspossible using the contact details set out at the top of this page.
14.2 The laws of England and Wales apply to these Terms, although if youare resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatoryprotections given to you by the laws of that country.
14.3 Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction ofthe courts of England and Wales. This means that you can choose whetherto bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts ofanother part of the UK in which you live.
